Larke Riemer is the National Head of Women's Markets for the Westpac Banking Corporation. She heads a team of State Managers who work alongside women in business, driving strategies to them and delivering the banking tools they need to achieve their goals. Larke has been with Westpac for over 22 years, working across all areas of the bank. She therefore brings a vast amount of knowledge and experience to her current role – which she describes as easily her most rewarding position. Westpac's commitment to women goes beyond products and services to something Larke considers to be of greater importance, and that is the bank's understanding of the impact women can have on the Australian business landscape.
